Our Mission
We have built a successful insurance agency over 20+ years by following a simple mission statement of “doing what is best for the client”. Over the years, this has meant many different things to different people. We take pride in the effort we make to provide our clients with the information they need, along with the products required to give them the needed protection.
We educate our clients to help them understand what risks they have, and navigate the options of how to remove, decrease or eliminate these risks. Insurance can be complex at times and it’s essential that people have the required knowledge to make proper decisions.

While many provide similar products, oftentimes these products have unique differences that the client needs to understand. We work to bridge the gap between company and client so that our customer gets the coverage they need at a competitive price.

Disappointed and Misled – Beware
I’m extremely disappointed with both the insurance company and my agent, Spencer. From the beginning, I feel like I was taken advantage of. They were recommended by a financial advisor I trusted, but that turned out to be a big mistake.
Spencer made me feel like just another number on his list. He never took the time to review my policy or try to get me a better deal. Instead, my premium kept going up every few months—eventually reaching three times what I was paying before with a different company, and for less coverage.
He even advised me not to add my 18-year-old daughter to the policy, warning it would raise my premium—but even without her on the policy, the cost kept climbing.
Overall, this experience felt like a bait-and-switch. I strongly recommend being cautious before doing business with this agency or agent.
